Work Scene

Introduction of buddy system

The buddy system is a system in which each new employee is assigned a senior employee who provides one-on-one assistance with various tasks while the new employee gets accustomed to the workplace and duties.
New employees who have just arrived in the country are not used to business etiquette and do not understand the rules of the company or the place to which they are assigned.
We have introduced a system in which senior employees accompany new employees as buddies and provide extensive support so that they can quickly become independent.
